How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow up to 7 business days for your custom jewelry to be processed. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Do you offer refunds, returns, or exchanges?
All sales are FINAL. Due to the custom bracelets being made by us. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
Will my jewelry tarnish if it gets wet?
Most items are not tarnish-resistant. Please avoid water, lotions, perfumes, and sweat to help your jewelry last. A Jewelry Care Card is included with each order for proper care tips.
What size should I get for my bracelet?
Each bracelet includes the exact size measurements in the description. Be sure to measure your wrist before placing your order, as we do not offer resizing or adjustments after purchase.
What if my jewelry breaks?
Because all items are custom made, we do not offer repairs or replacements for broken pieces. We recommend handling your jewelry with care and following the instructions on your care card!
Can I get a bracelet resized if it doesn’t fit?
No, we do not offer resizing services. The customer is responsible for selecting the correct size before purchasing. Please check the measurements listed on each product page.
How do I order a custom piece?
- Please start by adding the bracelet you will like to your cart. Then add as many charms as you will like!
- When you checkout please leave a note explaining if you want your charms in a certain order or if you added letters to your cart how you wanted it spelled on your bracelet!
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If your order has not shipped yet, email us immediately at [email protected] to correct the address.
If the order is returned to us, we will reship it at no extra charge. If it is not returned, we are not responsible for replacing it.
